Hi,
My budget is fixed. My new motherboard will support both 667 as all right as 800 FSB DDR2 ?
What is better 2 GB of DDR2 @667 FSB or 1GB of DDR2 @800 FSB?

I would shop around. The difference in price between 667 and 800MHz DDR2 is solely about lb10. If you really can't afford the extra brass outlay then categorically go for dimensions over speed.
Capacity over speed every time! Well, within rationale of course!
If u play games I would run for 2 gigs
2Gb. As long as you buy a good brand speed isnt usually a concern as much as size is.
if u dont hobby i would get 1gb single module of the faster hit now . after later affix one more module ... most those dont need 2gb of hit and capacity over speed isnt the issue unless u in actual fact need it ..
2 GB of DDR2 @667 FSB
smoothly. :)
