What else will 'future processing technologies' use as Gallium Arsenide,Super Conductor,Nanotechnology etc.?

I already own known roughly speaking Gallium Arsenide, Super Conductors, Optical Processing, Nanotechnology and Biochips, but I need to know give or take a few some other stuff like these which will be used by Future Processing Technologies.
