What form of power supply do i call for?

what liberal of power supply would i need for the nivida 8600 gt video card? i enjoy a atx mother board.

what wattage?

what specs?

what kind of fan, dual or 1 120m fan?

should i enjoy a dual +12v and what does it do??

The 8600GT is not power hungry and consumes simply about 40watts.
