What plugs within here on my motherboard?

i'm gettin it tomorrow but ive never see a molex connector straight on the board before. here's a join. it's a male connector so does that be a sign of i can plug a fan into it or does it involve the power supply plugged in near? i dont wanna fry it. http://www.newegg.com/product/showimage.

What plugs within here on my motherboard?

It's for additional power to the PCI X 16 slots.

There is additional info on page 16. If you do a survey in the brochure for pcie, you will find more info on it as well.
the molex connector is for the PCIE

Plug a plug from the power supply into it

If you dont plug the power supply into it it wont boot up (same near the 4 pin plug over by the cpu)

The one labled 4 pin cpu power connector is where on earth the power supply gets plugged within
