What is this Quadro card I'm audible range nearly? Is it better than GeForce?

It's better for workstations, but not for gaming. If you are planning on gaming, capture GeForce (well, if you are going with nVidia). If you are planning on doing things close to 3D modeling, and can spend a few thousand on the computer, get Quadro.
