What PC back-up power protection product should I choose?

A friend of mine say his back up later 10 hours and he paid $400. I be looking online and the $400 APC power protection back-up unit’s state that they last for 15 mins or so within that price range. Am I missing something? I would similar to at least a couple of hours of protection contained by case or a power outage. Thanks.

What PC back-up power protection product should I choose?

Ok he unequivocally doesnt power a computer for 10 hours on a $400 dollar rig. Most computer consume ample power (between 300 and 600 watts for a normal, non gamer). BAttery backup are mainly so that surrounded by the even of a power failure, you can rescue work and turn it off without risk, not continue use. To do that, you would requirement to spend more than $1000 for a high power retention pack. And you are right. $400 get around 15 minutes. To get a couple hours you would spend closely more than 400 dollars. Remeber, the point of the battery is to allow for good and safe shut down, not continued, uninterrupted use.
Stanli is completely correct!!
