Whats a flawless, but a cheap, pci express x16 video card?

I necessitate something cheap, the cheaper the better. Right now my system have on board video, nvidia Geforce 6150 LE.



I reflect my video would be much faster and of better quality if I go with a pci express video card and used the dvi on my lcd monitor.

The better and cost slightly more than 8500 will be 8600.



I will suggest you stir for 8600.
Your question is resembling a paradox. You didn't mention how much is cheap to you. Different pay grades technique different perception of what's cheap. Maybe you can buy something really good that you can comfortably afford but is also too expensive to others.
I would seize the 7600gt. It's about $75-85 right presently. The 8k series are expensive. You won't be able to concentration any huge difference with dvi or any at adjectives.
