What's the best symbolic card for window xp? (i.e no DirectX 10 support)?
Windows xp will run near any graphic card supported by your motherboard.
So the sound out is which is the best for your needs.
If you individual need it to use window, no gaming or stuff like that, lately buy the cheapest card that fit in your motherboard. You should check if you own AGP or a PCI-E slot.
