I be attaching some sound cable in the rear and as I was moving the Central Unit my display started to flicker and the green colour disappeared. Everything is shown within a reddish - bluish colour and it wouldn't run back. I've checked the cable pins, they come across OK, it doesn't seem bent or broken. Strangely, The OSD Menu of the monitor have great colors and the green works fine there but anything else doesn't! What can it be? Any philosophy? Suggestions? What can I try? What should I replace? The Monitor, the cable, the Video card? Anything?
What can be wrong near my CRT display?
Could be either the Video Cable DB-15 connector loose
on Video card source or at monitor train.
Highly unlikely you disturbed the Video Card mount in PC
and merely lost Green Video
replace the electron gun
Dear
Firstly try to reinstall your Graphic Adapter through your Mainboard/Motherboard CD, If your problem still remain than check any compelling things is not near surrounded by your Monitor.
Otherwise replace your CRT cable with another cable and check.
