What is an ASIO driver when discussion give or take a few audio on PC?

vitally it will do multi track recording/playback at the same time. is optimised specifically for music use. common sound drivers don't cut the mustard..
you might also have visions about asio latency.. the lower to be exact the better..
the bigger ms.. the longer it takes to hear a nouns when you hit a key on a the ivories is one example.
